This research project was specifically undertaken in support of the C/O Futures, LLC, REDRUM Academy: Active (Mass) Shooter Response law enforcement training course to facilitate the creation of one of its training modules. All information, imagery, and analysis contained within this document has been assembled from open-sources. The final product represents fused OSINT (Open Source Intelligence). Given the subject matter contained within this document we have elected to make it a free, yet limited distribution product, for US law enforcement, the military and intelligence services, public safety and responder, infrastructure protection, InfraGard, select counter- terrorism/counter-extremist professionals and researchers, and other individuals/ entities with a need to know (on a case-by-case basis).
