The MS-13 gang member, identified as (or a) “El Brujo” (The Witch), was captured by the Fureza Armada (armed forces) and turned over to the Policía Nacional Civil (national police; PNC). The incident took place in Las Margaritas, El Salvador and is a component of ongoing Federal gang suppression operations.
